Scholarship for Master's Level

Attractive scholarships have been instituted for outstanding students with aptitude for research, studying for a Master's Degree in Mathematics or Statistics in some selected institutions.

From 1998, the Board awards about 10 scholarships directly to Master's students in any university department in the country. The selection for the award of these scholarships is made on the basis of a test/interview. Advertisements inviting application for these scholarships appear in July in leading newspapers. Tests are conducted in early September.
